About Sonic Home Services

We know buying a home can be stressful and it is Sonic Homes's focus to make our clients feel secure while they are making one of the most important investments of their lives.

Upfront, no reading behind the lines information about the present condition of a home and recommendations about your next steps in moving forward with your investment.

What to expect next

Depending on the size and condition of the home, a thorough home inspection will take several hours to perform, usually between a three and a half and four hours. Larger and older homes usually take longer. Ideally, you will accompany your inspector during the consultation, so that you will have visual reinforcement of your written report.

We take our inspection reports seriously. Every inspection is a complete and thorough analysis of all the major systems and components in the home. The report includes a clear description of what we've found, including photos, with any problem areas noted so you can easily identify areas that need to be addressed. Our Sonic Home Owner's Consultation Program provides free telephone consultation and support after your inspection for as long as you own the home.
